Up and at it. (No silly, dressed, breakfast, that sort of thing.) Booked in for another night and off into town to have a look around and get Annette's boots repaired. Lucky we found two very nice attractive blond ladies who were running a small hardware store and saddle shop. One of the ladies restitched Annette's boots for a very modest five pounds and did a great job. James will just love this. Here is Annette walking around in thongs.
A view of the town, nice horses.
Church door. More ideas Trev.
These school children were being taught how to play lawn bowls.
The main street.
Along the river they supply spots for the fly fishing with landing nets.
Another church.
Went for a walk behind the caravan park and found this in the old over grown garden. Looked interesting so I climbed down around the other side to see what it was.
Empty except for about 1 foot of mud in the bottom. I thought it might have been a cellar but later ones I saw makes me think it may have been an ice house where they stored blocks of ice for use over summer.
Have been warned by other walkers that tomorrow is a long day and again the caravan park appears to be a mile or so out of town.
Mum.....in thongs? While I can appreciate why, I never thought I would see the day!

Graeme, between all the great houses, and the amazing wrought iron work, you are going to need a bigger block, and I am going to need a bigger shed!
