22nd May

We arrived at Pressagny and found a bed and breakfast to stay in. Very nice and lovely people. Annette said I should be more like the owner a real gentleman. So.... she asked for it!

Up out of the river valley and along country lanes. Very peaceful.

Into the next village. They all seem to have these structures  in or near the main street along the water course. Found out they were wash house where the village ladies would gather and wash the clothes. All very old, some better maintained than others, cute.

Out of the village along more farm land. No fences. Felt a bit strange.

Already knackered.

Away again and this time on tracks on the side of the river valley.

Some very narrow.

Here is a renovation job even I wouldn't try.

Arrived at Les Anderlys tired but happy and decided to stay in the caravan park for two nights to freshen up.
